Cameron J. Rempel

Articled Student

Cameron joins Fraser Litigation Group after clerking for 6 Justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia in Vancouver.  With a background in law, public administration and neuroscience, he offers a broad perspective and a comprehensive understanding of dispute resolution.

Cameron received his JD from Queen's University and studied public and private international law in Europe, acquiring a commercial arbitration certificate from the International Chamber of Commerce.  While at law school, Cameron was extensively involved with the Queen's Law Students' Society and various volunteer initiatives through Pro Bono Students Canada. 

An avid competitor in Canadian and international advocacy competitions, Cameron and his team placed 2nd overall at the ELSA EMC2 international trade law moot in Geneva.  He was awarded the top oralist prize for the semi-final rounds, received the Samworth Advocacy Prize at the Queen's Faculty of Law, and continues to refine his oral and written advocacy.   

Cameron recently published an article in the McGill Journal of Dispute Resolution and currently sits on the Legislation and Law Reform Committee of the Canadian Bar Association, British Columbia Branch.
