Anna P.L. Moore

Associate

Anna applies her background in business to her litigation practice, focusing on real estate, contract, and commercial disputes. She has accumulated litigation experience through representing clients in commercial rent arbitrations and before the British Columbia Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal.  

Prior to joining the Fraser Litigation team, Anna articled and practiced at a top boutique firm specializing in real estate contract and development litigation. During her articles, Anna also gained exposure to a multitude of different practice areas, including family law, employment law, and estate litigation.

Anna left her snowy hometown of Edmonton to obtain her law degree from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. As a law student, she participated in the Gale Competitive Moot in Toronto, for which she argued a mock appeal of a recent Supreme Court of Canada case. She also took time to give back to her community by providing pro bono legal services through the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program.
